We've received a lot of response to an interview done Wednesday on Hometown Magazine.  Author Luis Fabragas visited "Hometown Magazine" to discuss his upcoming book, "A Transplant for Katy."

I first heard about this book on Facebook and, right away, I started to work on getting Luis on the program.  That's because the subject of the book, Katy Miller, was just behind me in high school.  Many who knew Katy were affected by her battle with a rare liver disorder.  She lost that battle in 2007 at the age of just 21.  In his book, Luis tells the story of Katy's diagnosis, her liver transplant and the eventual decline of her health.

This is a great book.  I read it in one night.  The book is up for pre-order on Amazon.com.  Luis is planning to return to Indiana for a book signing in the near future.
