THEFT OCCURRED IN JANUARY '05
A Blairsville man has become the second person charged in the theft of an ATV from an Indiana dealer in January, 2005.
32-year-old Justin Merle Hull of Pizza Barn Road is free on bond after he was served with an arrest warrant at the office of District Judge Guy Haberl. The warrant was issued by District Judge Susanne Steffee. Hull is accused of helping James Sleasman take an ’05 Kawasaki 4-wheeler from the storage lot of Kawasaki of Indiana. The machine, valued at nine-thousand dollars, was recovered this past July in the Homer City area.
Charges against Hull include theft, conspiracy, and receiving stolen property. He was released on bond. Sleasman was charged with the crime ten days ago. He was arrested at the county jail, where he began serving a nine-to-twenty-three year sentence and a concurrent twelve-month sentence in October for drug and retail theft charges.
