Indiana Borough Police arrested Briar Berry after they say he struck a state police horse. Police say Barry, age 21 of Indiana, struck the horse twice and then resisted arrest by borough and state police officers. Barry is charged in a criminal complaint filed with District Judge Guy Haberl with one count each of resisting arrest, public drunkenness, pedestrians under influence of alcohol, and two counts of disorderly conduct.
