A Philadelphia man is facing charges after police say he hit a pedestrian with his car on the night of September 8th.  The incident happened at 11:20 p.m. when police say 23-year-old Anthony Royster hit 20-year-old Brandon Bushmire with his car along School Street. 


Bushmire was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital for treatment of his severe injuries.  Royster was arrested that night for suspected DUI.  Police have just filed the charges against Royster after an investigation into the accident. 


He’s facing charges of aggravated assault by a vehicle while DUI, Possession of a small amount of marijuana, DUI and several other summary traffic offenses.
