Several fire crews were busy late last night in Green Township, after a fire was reported along Route 403.  Details are sparse right now, but here’s what we know.

Around 10:50 p.m., the Commodore, Clymer, Cherry Tree, Cherryhill Twp, Marion Center fire departments, along with the rapid intervention team were dispatched to a structure fire along Route 403 near the intersection with Larch Road.  The fire was reported as a commercial structure fire, but there’s no word this morning on the name of the business.

Crews were on the scene for at least an hour.  According to the Indiana County 911 web site, the Plumville, Clymer, Cherryhill Township and Hope fire departments were all called out on standby for the crews on the scene.
