A tentative contract agreement between the State System of Higher Education and the State College and University Professional Association – also known as “SCUPA” - has been ratified by the union and now only awaits ratification by the State System Board of Governors. 

Meanwhile, the State System says its negotiations with APSCUF, the faculty union, made progress on Friday.  More bargaining is scheduled for Wednesday in Harrisburg.  The agreement with SCUPA covers about 600 admissions, financial aid, residence life and other student support professionals.
