Indiana County Coroner Michael Baker has announced that two people died in a mobile home fire late Friday night in Young Township.

The two victims were 9 year old Michael Collier who lived at the mobile home, and 50 year old Vickie Milliron of Claridge, who was visiting.  The initial call came in around 11:54, and when firefighters got to the scene, the mobile home was fully engulfed in flames.  Milliron’s body was found outside the mobile home, while Collier’s body was found around 3:20 this morning as firefighters were going through the rubble of the structure.  Initial toxicology tests confirmed that Collier died of smoke inhalation, while Milliron appears to have died from burns.  No autopsies have been planned, but additional toxicology tests are pending.  State Police Fire Marshals are investigating the cause of the fire, but the coroner believes the deaths are accidental in nature.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.  Two others were injured in the fire and were taken to UPMC Mercy hospital in Pittsburgh.  No information was given on their conditions.
