Indiana Sr. High’s Lower Commons area was the target listed in what the district is calling a “Low Level” threat.
Indiana Area School District Superintendent Dale Kirsch said the threat was discovered after dismissal at the High School yesterday. State Police were contacted and after the building was evacuated, police performed a sweep of the building. Nothing was found, and classes resumed as normal this morning.
Emails were also sent out to parents and guardians of Sr. High Students informing them of the threat.
