State police in Greensburg are investigating a case of terroristic threats at the Eastern Westmoreland Vo-Tech in Derry Township.

Police say that an unidentified girl was followed by an older man in a silver colored car into the parking lot of the Eastern Westmoreland Vo-Tech, got out of his car and approached her in a threatening manner.  The man then brandished a knife and screamed at her about not resepecting veterans and threatened he would slit her throat like he had done to people back in Vietnam.  He then tried to open the driver’s window of her car and when he got it open a little bit, he stuck the blade of the knife through the opening, again threatening her.  The man then drove off and went south on Route 982.

Police describe the man as an older male with gray hair and glasses.  He was wearing a polo shirt with jeans.  He was seen driving a silver colored car, either an older Toyota Camry or Ford Taurus, and it had a PA Disabled Veterans license plate of DV-167.

If you can help in finding this man, contact Greensburg State Police at 724-832-3288.
