TheIndianaRegionalMedicalCenterhas been named one of six organizations inPennsylvaniato receive the Keystone Alliance for Performance Excellence award.

It’s the third time that IRMC has been designated for the Mastery level, meaning it has demonstrated significant progress toward performance excellence through commitment and practice.  The Mastery level specifically celebrates results directly attributable to systematic approaches.  IRMC also achieved Mastery level recognition in 2009 and 2010.

The Keystone Alliance for Performance Excellence used the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria for assessing and improving organizational performance.

IRMC and the other recipients will be featured at the 7^th Annual Performance Excellence Conference and Awards Banquet in Harrisburg on November 13^th and 14^th.
