There was a cemetery theft in Bell Township, Clearfield County, state police said. The thieves took five American flags from the Banner Ridge Cemetery. Each flag had an 18-inch solid brass rod with a plate designating the wars the deceased had served in. Flags taken are from the War of 1812, Civil War, World War 1, World War 2 and Vietnam. The rods and their markers were valued at $200. The flags were taken between December 15 and the 25^th.
