Indiana-based state police are looking for an Indiana Man that they are accusing of making terroristic threats.

Police say that they were called out to a home in the 400 block of Fleming Road in White Township.  Two family members were involved in an argument outside the building, and during the argument, 20-year-old Michael Markel Jr. threatened to burn down the house, and then picked up a stone as if they were going to throw it at a 42-year-old man.  Markel then came over and hit the 42-year-old man, wrestled him to the ground and continued to assault him.  Markel fled the scene shortly after that.  The un-named victim suffered minor injuries in the incident.

Markel is still on the run at this time.  He’s been charged with Terroristic Threats, two counts of simple assault and a summary charge of Harassment.  If you have any information on Markel’s whereabouts, you are asked to call Indiana-Based State Police at 724-357-1960.
