A Rochester Mills man will be in court today for sentencing on charges related to the burglary of Aztec Well Service Company’s office along Airport Road in White Township.
Police say 29-year-old James Shaffer Jr. and 26-year-old Natalie Livingston entered the offices on January 17th and broke into a safe. They got away with around $7,500 in cash and some Walmart gift cards.
Some charges against Shaffer has been dropped but he will be sentenced today on burglary and theft by unlawful taking charges, which are both felonies. According to court documents, Livingston received a sentence of restrictive intermediate punishment for her charges.
