JOYCE M. IRWIN-MAUGHAN, AGE 54 OF CLYMER, FORMERLY OF HOME, DIED JULY 18TH AT HER HOME. Friends of Joyce Irwin-Maugan will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. at the Bowwer-Minich Funeral Home in Indiana, where a funeral service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment will be made in the East Mahoning Cemetery.
