Anthony “Tony” Thomas Fiasco, 47, of Burnside, PA died Monday, December 3, 2012 at his home.
The son of Charlotte G. (Walker) Fiasco of Burnside, PA and Neale Robert Fiasco of Northern Cambria, PA, he was born on July 26, 1965 in Cleveland, OH.
Tony was a graduate of Purchase Line High School and Triangle Tech’s two year Electrician degree program.
He worked as a flagger for over twenty year, more recently with On Call Flagging and previously with B & K Flagging.
Tony was a member of the Laborer’s Union Local 1058 and the Sons of the American Legion, Glen Campbell Post.
He loved buying; selling and fixing anything with wheels. In his spare time, he greatly enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Tony was devoted to his mother’s care and always there for his family.
In addition to being survived by his parents; he was the father of Ryan and his girlfriend, Rachel Chura of Strongstown, PA and Jessica and her boyfriend, Adam Bortz of Oklahoma and a very proud Grandpa of Taylor; Danny and Isla; a brother to Teri Harkleroad and husband Andy of Cherry Tree, PA; Mark Fiasco of St. Mary’s, PA and Marie Younkin and husband Dane of Cherry Tree, PA; and uncle of Bob Fiasco; Nichole (Ken) Feaster; Andrea Harkleroad and Marc Wilson; Makenzie and Hannah Fiasco and a great uncle to Kara Feaster.
Friends will be received from 1-2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at the Rairigh Funeral Home, Ltd. in Hillsdale, PA, where a 2:00 p.m. memorial service will be officiated by Pastor Laura McCombie. Interment will be at Burnside Cemetery.
