Ann M. Spadafora, age 99, of Indiana died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013 at her home.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home of Indiana. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Bernard of Clairvaux R.C. Church of Indiana, with the Rev. Fr. William Kiel the celebrant. Entombment will be made in the St. Bernard Mausoleum.
