EARL HOWARD LEWIS, AGE 76 OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, FORMERLY OF COMMODORE, DIED THURSDAY AT HILLCREST HOSPITAL IN MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, OHIO. A funeral service for Earl Lewis will be held today at 1:30 p.m. at the Rairigh Funeral Home in Hillsdale. Interment will take place in the Oakland Cemetery in Indiana.
