Larry Russell Fulmer, 61, of Plumville, passed away Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013, at Indiana Regional Medical Center.
A son of the late Edgar Maxwell and Lavina Pearl Aikens Fulmer, he was born May 22, 1952, in Indiana.
Mr. Fulmer lived his entire life in the Marion Center and Plumville area. He was a graduate of Marion Center High School and was retired from the coal industry. Larry enjoyed football, eating, being with family and friends, but he especially enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters.
He is survived by two children: Eric E. Fulmer and wife Jennifer, of Blairsville; and Tammy Clawson, of Graceton; four brothers: Charles Fulmer, of Lancaster; William Fulmer, of Leechburg; Donald Fulmer, Sr., of Marion Center; and Denton Fulmer, of Indiana; four grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and a special dog, Jack.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters: Catherine Stahlman and Mary Painter.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Robinson-Lytle, Inc., Indiana, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, with the Rev. Bruce Shannon officiating. Interment will be in St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Sagamore.
