The Pitt Men’s Basketball team took third place in the NIT tip-off tournament at Madison Square Garden yesterday, by easily handling Delaware 85 to 59. Pitt was led by Talib Zanna who scored 18 points and added 10 rebounds, junior Lamar Patterson had 16 points and also grabbed 10 rebounds, and senior point guard Travon Woodall added 13 points and 7 assists. The 5 and 1 Panthers return home to the Petersen Events Center Tuesday night to play Howard.
